Orders are considered accepted only after payment confirmation. All prices displayed on the website are final. PressMyRecords.com reserves the right to change prices, but such changes will not affect already confirmed orders.
4. Quality of Materials
Users are required to submit high-quality audio files in the format specified on the website. PressMyRecords.com is not responsible for poor vinyl record quality resulting from the low quality of submitted files.
5. Copyright
Users guarantee that they own all necessary rights or licenses to reproduce the audio and visual materials provided. Users accept full responsibility for any infringement of third-party copyrights.
6. Delivery Times
PressMyRecords.com strives to adhere to all stated delivery deadlines. However, deadlines are approximate and may vary due to technical or other objective reasons. PressMyRecords.com is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
7. Order Cancellation and Refund
Orders can only be canceled before the production process begins. Once production has started, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
8. Complaints
In case of damage or errors occurring during production or shipping, users must submit complaints via email with photographic evidence within 7 days of receiving the shipment. PressMyRecords.com will individually assess each complaint and offer an appropriate solution.
